Shipping Policies

Shipping Policy:

Thanks for choosing to shop with us. We strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and prompt delivery of your orders. Please note of our shipping policy outlined below:

Shipping Schedule: Our online store operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we ship orders Monday 9:00am Eastern Time (ET) through Friday 4:00pm Eastern Time (ET), excluding select holidays. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will go out the following Monday (or the next business day if that Monday is a holiday). Orders received for products without shipping restrictions will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. If you have an order that has not been fulfilled within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends, major holidays and preorders), please feel free to reach out to us at admin@thetcgtitan.com.

Cost of Shipping: We currently ship to addresses in the United States and separate pricing by Contiguous and Non-Contiguous locations.  Fees are flat and not calculated on size or weight.
   

            Contiguous U.S. (48 states, Washington D.C. and Armed Forces):
            USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days): $9.99

            Non-contiguous U.S. (Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall                    Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands):
            USPS Ground Advantage (2-7 business days): $14.99

Customs Fees and Import Taxes: Please be aware that customers are solely responsible for any customs fees or import taxes imposed by their respective countries. These charges are separate from the product price and shipping fees at the time of purchase. We kindly advise our customers to familiarize themselves with their country's customs regulations and any associated costs prior to placing an order.

Order Processing and Shipment: We endeavor to process and ship orders promptly. In most cases, shipments will be made within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that this processing time is an estimate and may vary depending on order volume and other factors.

Preorders: If an order contains an item labeled as a preorder, that order will not be shipped until all items within that order have become available for processing. To receive your items promptly, we highly recommend placing preorders separately from other preorder items that share a different scheduled release date. It's also recommended to purchase preorders separately from items that have already been released. This will ensure that any items purchased are shipped without delay. If you would like to receive all of your items together in one package, please note that you will not see an update to tracking until the last remaining item within the order has reaching its processing date. The processing date is typically reached some time right before an items scheduled release date. The release dates for preorder items may be found on the respective product page of the preorder item under it's description.

Tracking and Delivery: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information that will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment via the USPS or UPS tracking services. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the orders destination, weight, item count, and other various factors such as 3rd party shipping delays. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control may occasionally impact delivery times.

Signature Confirmation: Orders valued $500+ will be shipped with Signature Confirmation, at no additional cost to you, and will require a signature to receive the delivery. You may optionally add the "Signature-Required Shipping Upgrade" for orders valued less than $500 to get this service added to any order for an additional $4.  This add-on service is visible on the Cart overview page. Signature Confirmation helps protect your package from thieves.  

Lost & Stolen Packages: The TCG Titan guarantees the safe delivery of all items ordered. When a package has been marked as delivered by the mail carrier tracking (USPS, UPS, etc) we are no longer responsible for lost & stolen packages. WE DO NOT REFUND OR REPLACE PACKAGES AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN MARKED DELIVERED. Please make sure your package is being delivered to a safe location. If you need special accommodations such as signature confirmation, remember to add it to your order when needed.

When buying Single Cards from our TCGplayer Pro, Mana Pool or eBay stores, orders valued under $25 may be shipped without tracking as USPS First-Class Mail in a Plain White Envelope (PWE).
        PWE orders do not have tracking.
        PWE orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days, but may take 2-3 weeks to arrive.  USPS does not provide delivery estimate guarantees for First-Class Mail.
        Orders shipped in a PWE are protected in Penny Sleeve(s), Shipping Shield®  and Team Bag
        PWE orders valued $2.50+ may have Non-Machinable Surcharge postage and accompanying marking to ensure the letter is hand-sorted at the post office.
        PWE orders valued less than $2.50 will be shipped with a Forever stamp and will likely be machine sorted.  Our protective packaging ensures no damage is incurred in this process, but very rarely (less than 1 in 1000 orders) may be returned to us for additional postage.  If this happens, we will repack and send the order as Non-Machinable to ensure the order arrives in a timely manner.
